{"version":"1.0","body":"AXOIX CONTRIBUTOR LICENSE AGREEMENT (v1.0)\n\nThis Contributor License Agreement (\"Agreement\") is between you (\"Contributor\")\nand AXOIX Technologies (\"InDev\"), owner of the AXOIX project.\n\nBy accepting this Agreement, Contributor confirms and agrees:\n\n1. ORIGINAL WORK\n   You are the sole author of the contributions you submit (\"Contribution\"),\n   or you have the legal right to submit them under the terms of this Agreement.\n\n2. GRANT OF LICENSE\n   You grant InDev a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free,\n   irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense,\n   and create derivative works of your Contribution, including the right\n   to re-license the work under any open-source or commercial licence that\n   InDev chooses for the AXOIX project.\n\n3. MORAL RIGHTS\n   To the extent permitted by law you waive any moral rights in your\n   Contribution against InDev and its licensees.\n\n4. NO WARRANTY\n   Your Contribution is provided \"as is\", without warranties of any kind,\n   express or implied.\n\n5. PATENT GRANT\n   You grant InDev and all downstream recipients a perpetual, worldwide,\n   non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable patent licence to make, use,\n   sell, offer for sale, import, and otherwise transfer any Contribution.\n\n6. EMPLOYER / THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS\n   If your employer has rights to intellectual property you create that\n   includes your Contribution, you represent that you have received the\n   necessary permission to make Contributions on behalf of that employer,\n   or that the employer has waived such rights for the Contribution to AXOIX.\n\n7. TERMINATION\n   InDev may suspend or terminate your access to the AXOIX repository at\n   any time. Termination does not revoke the licences granted above for\n   Contributions already submitted.\n\n8. GOVERNING LAW\n   This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject\n   to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.\n\nBy clicking \"I accept the Contributor License Agreement\" on the AXOIX\ncontributor application form, you acknowledge that you have read this\nAgreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms.\n","hash":"24cf8837a10964d5aedf43789c5fb960783890712f53243ed86fef968f913ed8"}
